AVIS EASTEAL
GENERAL MANAGER, EXPERIAN CHEETAHMAIL UK & IRELAND

Avis runs the Experian CheetahMail business. She is ensures that client service and strategy, product and proposition, marketing, commercial strategies, people management, talent and development are aligned and delivering value.

Avis is a member of the Experian Marketing Services Leadership team and works closely with the other Experian CheetahMail country heads. Avis has been with Experian for 16 years in a variety of roles including business consultancy, technical development, and sales. She previous ran the Experian Background Checking and Insurance business. Avis has over 25 years experience in the information services industry. Prior to joining Experian she worked at Equifax and Infolink.

 

JUDE HUDSON
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER, EXPERIAN CHEETAHMAIL

As Chief Operations Officer for Experian CheetahMail EMEA, Jude is responsible for integration, and strategic service delivery, working with his team to implement effective integrated communications. Jude has helped establish Experian CheetahMail as an industry leader in Europe since launching in the UK in 2002.

Jude Hudson has over 10 years experience in email marketing within EMEA. Prior to Experian CheetahMail, Jude was Technical Director for e2 Communications, before moving onto European Technical Director at Bluestreak International, both email marketing companies. Utilising his programming experience, Jude was responsible for building applications to assist effective client communications.

 

ROY JUGESSUR
HEAD OF SALES, EXPERIAN CHEETAHMAIL UK & IRELAND

Roy joined Experian CheetahMail in June 2005 to focus on broadening the Experian CheetahMail customer base and adding new enterprises to the client roster. Working in tandem with an extremely talented and experienced sales team, Roy remains very much involved in the day-to-day sales activity, as well as holding ultimate responsibility for delivering incremental new business growth for UK and Ireland territories.

Prior to joining Experian CheetahMail, Roy worked entirely in sales and business development, primarily across marketing services, such as advertising, media planning & buying, branding & communications, PR, direct marketing, sales promotion, new media & digital.

 

ROBERT MELVILLE
HEAD OF CLIENT SERVICES, EXPERIAN CHEETAHMAIL UK

As Head of Client Services for Experian CheetahMail UK, Robert manages the account management teams and email marketing consultancy for the UK.

Robert, a graduate in Marketing, spent his early career working across a number of marketing disciplines before moving to agency side and specialising in the online space. Now with over 11 years within email marketing and over 8 years with CheetahMail, Robert is able to use his experience across multiple sectors to help CheetahMail’s clients achieve more profitable relationships with their customers online.

 

MATTHEW POTTER
HEAD OF PRODUCT AND PROPOSITION, EXPERIAN CHEETAHMAIL UK

Matt has responsibility for the strategic direction of the Experian CheetahMail product and associated propositions for the UK business. He has recently been driving the move into data analytics, social media and mobile marketing in response to market trends and client and prospect feedback.

Prior to working for CheetahMail Matt spent two years at the email marketing company Bluestreak (formerly E2 Communications) as a Professional Services Consultant providing strategic advice, handling client integration and maintaining business relationships. Before that Matt worked within the business operations team at Compaq computers (now HP). Matt has a BSc in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (U.M.I.S.T.)

 

JOHN GALVIN
HEAD OF SHARED SERVICES GROUP, EXPERIAN CHEETAHMAIL UK

As Head of Client Support for Experian CheetahMail UK, John is responsible for several key teams which include client implementation and integration, creative services, and inbound support. John has been part of the Experian CheetahMail team since 2002 and has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company.

Before life at Experian CheetahMail, John worked at e2 Communications, which later became Bluestreak International, as a Professional Services Consultant providing full service support for a number of clients utilising the ASP email platform. John holds a B.A (Hons) in English Literature and Media from the University of Leeds.
